Your Rights and Responsibilities

1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the ph233 website at ph233.club and all associated services, games, and features.
• "Member" means any individual who has completed registration and holds an active ph233 account.
• "Account" means the registered member profile created upon successful sign-up and KYC verification.
• "Funds" means the Philippine Peso (PHP) balance held in a Member's ph233 wallet.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, or other incentive issued by ph233 under the conditions of a specific promotion.
• "Wager" means any bet placed on casino games, sports markets, virtual sports, esports, bingo, or slots using account funds or bonus funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification, as required under Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By registering an account on ph233, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them.

2.2 These Terms are effective from the date of your account registration and remain in effect for the duration of your membership, including after account closure where obligations survive termination.

2.3 ph233 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Members are encouraged to review this page periodically.

2.4 These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions published on ph233, which are incorporated herein by reference.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use ph233. This requirement is set in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. ph233 strictly prohibits underage gambling. Any account found to have been opened by or for a person under 21 will be immediately closed and all funds therein forfeited.

3.2 Geographic Restriction. ph233 is intended for use by residents and citizens of the Philippines. Members accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with their local laws.

3.3 Single Account. Each individual may hold only one (1) active ph233 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. ph233 reserves the right to merge duplicate accounts and forfeit any funds or bonuses obtained through them.

3.4 Excluded Persons. Employees, contractors, officers, and directors of ph233 and its affiliated entities, as well as their immediate family members, are not permitted to hold a member account or place wagers on ph233.

3.5 Self-Excluded Persons. Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from ph233 or from gambling platforms under PAGCOR programs are not eligible to register or maintain an account during the exclusion period.

4. Account Registration & KYC Verification

4.1 To register a ph233 account, you must provide a valid email address, a Philippine mobile number, and accurate personal information including your full legal name and date of birth.

4.2 ph233 requires KYC identity verification for all accounts before withdrawal processing is permitted. Acceptable documents include: Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) National ID, UMID, driver's license, passport, or PRC ID. Documents must be current, legible, and unaltered.

4.3 You warrant that all information provided during registration and KYC is truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.

4.4 ph233 may request additional documentation at any time to comply with Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements or for enhanced due diligence purposes. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in account suspension.

4.5 You are responsible for keeping your account information current. Changes to your registered name, address, or contact details must be reported to ph233 support promptly.

5. Deposits

5.1 ph233 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PESONet, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT, subject to availability. The minimum deposit is ₱100 unless stated otherwise for a specific payment method.

5.2 All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso. Deposits in foreign currency will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing, which may include a conversion fee applied by the payment processor.

5.3 ph233 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Funds deposited from a name other than the registered account holder's name may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

5.4 ph233 does not charge internal fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which ph233 bears no responsibility.

5.5 Deposit limits may be applied to your account at ph233's discretion or as part of responsible gaming measures. You may also set your own deposit limits voluntarily through your account settings.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawals are processed only to verified accounts. Your KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request can be approved.

6.2 Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible. ph233 reserves the right to require withdrawal to a specific method for anti-money laundering compliance purposes.

6.3 The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal processing times are: GCash and PayMaya — typically within 30 minutes during operating hours; bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank — within the same banking day if submitted before the bank's cut-off time.

6.4 ph233 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or other prohibited conduct is suspected. ph233 will notify the Member of any such hold within a reasonable period.

6.5 Winnings derived from exploited system errors, technical faults, or incorrect odds shall not be honored and ph233 may void such wagers and reclaim winnings paid in error.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 ph233 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are governed by these Terms and by specific promotion terms published at the time of the offer.

7.2 Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts will be specified in the individual promotion terms.

7.3 ph233 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not retrospectively affect an offer already accepted and in progress by a Member.

7.4 Only one bonus may be active per account at any time unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.

7.5 ph233 reserves the right to deny, cancel, or clawback any bonus where it determines that the Member has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts, placing offsetting bets across accounts, or using betting patterns inconsistent with normal recreational play.

8. Gameplay Rules

8.1 Each game category on ph233 — including ph233 Casino live dealer tables, virtual sports, esports, bingo, and slots — is governed by individual game rules displayed within the game interface. Members are responsible for understanding these rules before placing wagers.

8.2 Wagers placed and accepted are final. ph233 will not reverse wagers on the grounds of a change of mind or error in the placement of a bet after the wager has been confirmed.

8.3 ph233 may suspend, cancel, or void bets where: a manifest error has occurred in the odds or game data; a system fault has affected the integrity of the game; or there is evidence of match-fixing or result manipulation in sports or esports markets.

8.4 Disconnection or technical failure on the Member's end during a live casino session or active wager does not entitle the Member to cancellation of the wager. ph233 is not liable for losses caused by the Member's internet connectivity issues.

8.5 Minimum and maximum wager limits apply per game and per table. These limits are displayed in the game interface prior to placing a bet. ph233 may adjust limits at any time.

9. Prohibited Conduct

9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ph233 and may result in immediate account suspension, fund forfeiture, and referral to law enforcement:

• Opening multiple accounts for any purpose including circumventing restrictions or claiming multiple bonuses
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or share information to gain an unfair advantage
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in published odds, or system vulnerabilities
• Engaging in money laundering or using ph233 to process proceeds of unlawful activity
• Providing false identity or documentation during registration or KYC verification
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing ph233 staff or other platform users
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including fraudulent chargebacks on deposits

9.2 ph233 employs fraud detection and monitoring systems to identify prohibited conduct. All suspicious activity is investigated, and findings may be shared with PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement agencies.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on ph233 — including but not limited to the platform design, software, game interfaces, logos, trademarks, text, images, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of ph233 or its licensed providers.

10.2 Members may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any ph233 content without express written authorization from ph233.

10.3 ph233 grants Members a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, recreational gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 ph233 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While ph233 endeavors to maintain continuous service availability, it does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities.

11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, ph233 shall not be liable for: any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings; any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of ph233; or any loss caused by events outside ph233's reasonable control, including network outages, banking system failures, or force majeure events.

11.3 ph233's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes ph233's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12. Responsible Gaming

12.1 ph233 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The following tools are available to all Members from their account settings page:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your ph233 account.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a set duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from ph233. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and take immediate effect.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying session duration and net win/loss during play.

12.3 ph233 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account where it identifies patterns consistent with problem gambling, without requiring the Member's prior consent.

13. Account Suspension & Closure

13.1 ph233 may suspend or close a Member's account at any time, with or without notice, where: the Member has breached these Terms; there is suspected fraud or money laundering; the Member's account is involved in a regulatory investigation; or the Member provides false identification or KYC documents.

13.2 Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, ph233 reserves the right to withhold or forfeit some or all funds in the account, subject to its legal obligations and any applicable regulatory requirements.

13.3 Members may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting ph233 support. Upon voluntary closure, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed, and any remaining verified balance will be paid out within a reasonable time.

13.4 Bonus balances and any wagering requirements attached thereto are forfeited upon account closure, whether voluntary or involuntary.

14. Amendments to These Terms

14.1 ph233 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available at ph233.club/terms-conditions.

14.2 For material changes, ph233 will provide notice via email to the registered address or via an in-platform notification. The effective date of the revised Terms will be stated at the top of this page.

14.3 If you do not agree with amended Terms, you must cease using ph233 and request account closure prior to the effective date. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

15.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Electronic Commerce Act (RA 8792), the Data Privacy Act (RA 10173), and applicable PAGCOR regulations.

15.2 In the event of a dispute between you and ph233 arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt resolution by contacting ph233 customer support. ph233 will endeavor to resolve disputes within fourteen (14) business days.

15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through ph233's internal process, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

15.4 ph233 operates within the regulatory framework of PAGCOR. Members may also raise unresolved complaints with PAGCOR through its official channels.
