- Source of funds declarations where required by AMLA regulations

9. Data Retention
9.1 ph233 retains personal data for the following periods, or longer if required by applicable law:
- Active account data: Retained for the duration of your ph233 membership and for five (5) years after account closure, to comply with AMLA record-keeping requirements.
- KYC and identity documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure or the completion of the transaction to which they relate, as required by AMLA regulations.
- Transaction records: Retained for five (5) years to satisfy financial regulatory reporting obligations.
- Support and communications records: Retained for two (2) years after the matter is resolved, unless a longer period is required for dispute resolution or legal proceedings.
- Analytics and log data: Retained in aggregated or anonymized form for up to two (2) years for platform improvement purposes.
9.2 After the applicable retention period, ph233 will securely delete, anonymize, or destroy personal data using methods that prevent reconstruction or recovery.

10.2 ph233 will respond to data rights requests within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt, as required by NPC Circular No. 16-03. In complex cases, this period may be extended by an additional thirty (30) days with written notice to you.
10.3 ph233 may decline a data rights request where fulfilling it would conflict with a legal obligation, prejudice a regulatory investigation, or infringe on the rights of another person. In such cases, ph233 will provide written reasons for the refusal.

Include your full registered name, account email, the specific right you are exercising, and sufficient information to verify your identity. ph233 will not process requests from unverified individuals to prevent unauthorized disclosure of personal data.
11. Minors and Age Restriction
11.1 ph233 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. The ph233 platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 and above, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines.
11.2 If ph233 discovers that personal data has been collected from an individual under 21, that account will be immediately closed, all associated data will be deleted (except where retention is required by law), and any funds deposited will be returned to the originating payment method after identity verification.
11.3 Parents or guardians who believe a minor has registered on ph233 should contact ph233 support immediately. ph233 takes underage access seriously and will act promptly on any such report.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
